There was a tragic death of a family friend years ago. It was a car crash caused by a drunk driver. Art had been writing a poem about it - modifying and re-writing it from time to time.
Early on in the recording of this album, they realized that he had actually been writing lyrics. Art wrote some music, they stopped what they were doing and began recording this.
