Darlene Robyn is a self-taught painter. Her learning tools are good books, working from life, lots of practice and a great talent. Although an advocate of Plein Air painting, Darlene also likes to work from her very active imagination. Her work ranges from photo-realism to the abstract. She is a juried member of the New Hampshire Arts Association, and the North Shore Arts Association. Her paintings are collected throughout the United States and Europe. Darlene loves passing on to others what she has learned. Her classes are fun and the focus is to bring out the students’ own personal style.
