With Bedford Street passing below, this July 4 photo shows many millyard buildings as well as the west side of Manchester. Normally there would be hundreds of parked cars on the street, but his was a holiday. There is one person seen walking on the street. Can you spot him?  This is similar to PA007 but from a vantage point that is farther south.  - Ron Boucher
